Due Dates
Handouts - 1st Day of Class - On Campus Only
explanation of Facts and Rules Sheets for on campus students only - As an on campus student in the hybrid class of law 1 and/or law 10, you need to prepare before each class to discuss the case problems. To do this you first read the case problem, in advance of the class, they fill in a FRS (Fact and Rules Sheet) for each case problem, and submit that at the start of each class before the discussion of the case problem. Then, in class, there will be group work and discussion of the case problem. This then helps you prepare your answers to those case problems and then you submit your work for the case problem (as an assignment) through etudes and online by the Sunday following the Weds. Class.
Recap - read and prepare a FRS for each case problem before class, submit the FRS at the beginning of each class - the FRS is not submitted online, just at the beginning of each class. This is part of your 15% class participation. Then the class discussion occurs, and then you word process and submit your work through etudes on the case problem (assignment) online by Sunday evening following our Weds. class discussion. Here a Blank FRS for Law 1 - Here is a Blank FRS for Law 10 - Here are the Dates to Submit the FRS compared to submission of the Online assignments. Hope this clears up any confusion.
